What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website (the volunteer quiz and enquiry form, a facility visit request, or a general contact form), we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, and (where relevant) information about your dog and your availability. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a volunteer or a facility we visit, to run that relationship.
Donations
Donations are processed by Square, not by us directly. We don't see or store your card details. Square's own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, arrange volunteer training and placements, arrange facility visits, and keep you updated if you've asked us to. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
